About Amanda
I'm Amanda, an Aussie coach with 20 years in the fitness industry. My passion is helping people build strong, capable bodies that support their lives, without confusion, extremes or quick fixes.
My journey started in my teens as a dance instructor, leading me to group fitness, personal training and health coaching. Over the years I’ve helped countless people lift with confidence, lose fat and feel empowered within their bodies. Along the way, I’ve battled injuries, faced mental health struggles and pushed my own limits in CrossFit, powerlifting, bodybuilding and endurance events.
Training has been my constant and my passion is helping others find that same strength physically and mentally so you can move, lift and live with confidence.
